How do I place an order?

Add soaps to your bar tab, copy your list, and send it to us on Instagram. We will confirm stock, the total, and any delivery or shipping details in the conversation before payment.

Can I pay on this website?

The current website is a soap menu and order inquiry. The bar tab does not process a payment or submit an order.

Where are your soaps made?

Our handcrafted soaps are made in Columbia, South Carolina.

What are House Pours and Top Shelf bars?

House Pours are classic rectangular bars. Top Shelf is the collection of specialty shapes, such as crowns, flowers, and perfume bottles.

What ingredients are in the soaps?

Our house base includes goat milk soap base, coconut oil, avocado oil, and shea butter. Scents and additional ingredients vary by bar and batch. Read the ingredient label on the item you receive, and ask us before ordering if you need details about a particular soap.

Do you have fragrance-free options?

Old Fashion is listed as an unscented House Pour. Ask which version is available and confirm its full ingredients before ordering.

How do I care for my soap?

Keep the bar dry between uses on a draining soap dish. Lather with water and rinse. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes.

Do you ship?

Ask us for the available shipping options when you inquire. We confirm the destination, shipping cost, and expected dispatch timing before you pay.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Message us with your name, order details, and clear photos of the item and packaging within seven days of delivery so we can help. Read the full returns & refunds policy for details.

Can I make a custom soap?

Yes. Build a set of at least four bars using one mold for the whole set, with one shared scent, additive selection, and oil blend. Add a note for occasions, allergies, or special requests. A different scent or oil blend starts another four-bar set. We review compatibility, weights, price, availability, and timing before confirming an order. Build your bar.
