Here is how shipping works when you order directly with Unique Envy Beauty Bar.
Before you order
This site currently lets you build an inquiry list, not complete a purchase. We confirm product availability, your shipping destination, the shipping charge, and the expected dispatch date with you before accepting payment.
Processing & delivery
Because soaps are handcrafted and availability varies, your dispatch date is provided when we confirm your order. Carrier transit times are estimates and may change after a package is handed off. We will share tracking information when it is available.
If we cannot ship within the time agreed when you ordered, we will contact you to offer a new date or a cancellation with a refund for the unshipped items.
Addresses & packages
Please check your name and shipping address before payment. If something needs to change, message us as soon as possible; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package arrives damaged, contact us through your order conversation. For damage or an incorrect item, please send photos within seven days of delivery so we can review it.
Shipping availability
Shipping destinations and methods are confirmed individually. If shipping is not available to your address, we will tell you before any payment is taken.
